Privacy Policy — current website and browser games

Entreprises M.A.T. Technologies inc. (Québec, Canada), publishing as TOADAL GAMES, operates TOADAL FEAST at toadalfeast.com. This policy covers the current website and its browser games. Public games are free to play without a website account.

Privacy responsibility

The company's owner is responsible for protecting personal information. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact the Privacy Officer (Responsable de la protection des renseignements personnels) at support@toadalfeast.com.

Hosting and analytics

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Delivering pages and preventing abuse can involve IP addresses, requested URLs, times, browser details and security events. These services may process information outside Québec.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is active for site-visit and performance measurement. Cloudflare states that this analytics product does not collect or use visitors' personal data. Hosting and security processing are separate. Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense ad serving are not active.

Browser-local data and controls

Depending on the feature, games and the website store saves, scores, settings, guest Feast Pass activity, reading position and site preferences in your browser. Preferences can include the Toadal helper's position and display choices. These records do not synchronize through a website account. Storage varies by game and browser; some information lasts only for a session.

Local records remain until the browser, you or the relevant feature removes or replaces them. The guest-profile reset clears website progression only, not every game's saves or site preference. Clearing browser data for toadalfeast.com can erase additional progress and settings. It does not delete support emails or provider-held records.

Search, files and clipboard

Search matches pages using a local site index. Search terms may appear in page URLs, browser history and requests handled by hosting/security services. Avoid sensitive information in search.

Some games offer local save-file imports or copyable save/challenge codes. Selected files are read in your browser, not submitted through the contact form. Copied codes enter your device's clipboard; your device settings and apps you paste or share into govern further handling. Avoid sharing sensitive information in saves or codes.

Support email and retention

Emailing support shares your address, message and included details with your email provider, Cloudflare Email Routing and our receiving-mailbox provider so we can respond. These services may process information outside Québec. The website contact form is disabled and sends nothing. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Support messages are kept while needed to handle a request, necessary follow-up or a legal obligation. Once a case is resolved and its personal information is no longer needed, our policy requires deletion. Necessary exceptions for unresolved issues, security or legal obligations are documented; information is deleted when that need ends. Earlier deletion required by applicable law takes priority. This is a manual procedure, not an automatic deletion feature. Provider records may have separate retention rules and controls; ask the Privacy Officer about a specific record.

Families

TOADAL FEAST is intended for families, including children. Website accounts, targeted advertising and behavioral retargeting are not enabled. The aggregate analytics described above remains active. Parents and guardians should contact support on a child's behalf. Please avoid sending a child's full name, school, precise location, photographs or other unnecessary details. Contact the Privacy Officer if a child's personal information needs attention. When a child's contact details are used only for a permitted one-time reply, they are deleted promptly after that reply.

Requests, complaints and changes

You may request access or correction, withdraw consent to uses or disclosures that rely on consent, and request deletion or eligible computerized information in a structured, commonly used format where applicable law provides those rights. Legal limits can apply; withdrawal may affect a service requiring that information.

The Privacy Officer clarifies requests, verifies identity or representative authority only as necessary, locates relevant records and arranges required action within applicable legal deadlines. Refusals are explained with available recourse. Complaints are reviewed and the outcome communicated. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

External websites have their own privacy practices. Changes to this policy will be identified here with an updated revision date.

These terms apply to TOADAL FEAST at toadalfeast.com, operated by Entreprises M.A.T. Technologies inc. (Québec, Canada) under the publishing name TOADAL GAMES. The available browser games are free to play without a website account.

Copyright, ownership and licensing

TOADAL FEAST is operated by Entreprises M.A.T. Technologies inc. under the TOADAL GAMES publishing brand. Our games, software, characters, sprites, original artwork, animations, music, sound, stories and website text contain protected creative material. Such material is owned by or used with authorization from the relevant rights holders, including the company where applicable. All rights are reserved in proprietary material. Separate third-party notices and licenses continue to apply to their components.

You may access and play games made publicly available on our official website for personal entertainment. Ordinary technical copies and browser caching needed for permitted browser play are allowed. Access and free gameplay do not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, mirror, redistribute, rehost, embed, sell, sublicense or package proprietary playable games or assets on another website, application or service. Any such third-party hosting or embedding requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by applicable law or an applicable licence. Attribution or a backlink alone is not permission.

You may share links to official TOADAL FEAST pages. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable law, including lawful criticism or review, or rights under applicable open-source and third-party licenses. For permissions, licensing questions or a possible infringement report, email support@toadalfeast.com with the relevant public URL.

Playing and availability

You may play the public browser games for personal use. Preview concepts, mobile apps and planned features are identified separately; their availability can change, and no future launch date is promised.

Respect the site and its content

Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or copy and redistribute game code, artwork and characters without permission. You may share links to public game pages. Rights granted by applicable law or an express license remain available.

Local progress

Some games and guest features save scores, settings or progress in your browser. Clearing site data or changing devices may remove them. We do not currently offer website account restoration or cross-device synchronization. A local score is not a verified global ranking.

No automatic purchases or prizes

Playing a public browser game does not enter you into a prize contest, create a purchase, or involve a wager. Points and virtual game items have no stated cash value. Any future paid service or competition would have separate published terms.

External links and rights

Links to third-party sites lead to services governed by their own terms. Original TOADAL FEAST content remains with its rights holders. These terms do not override legal exceptions or third-party licenses.

Reliability and legal rights

Games and pages may be unavailable or contain errors. We work to keep availability notices accurate. Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections, statutory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
